This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) and TarteeleQuran (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) governing your use of the TarteeleQuran platform, including its web application, Windows desktop application, Android application, iOS application, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, installing, or using TarteeleQuran Calling Apps, you agree to this Agreement.

1. About TarteeleQuran Calling App

TarteeleQuran Calling App is an AI-powered LMS with a built-in calling system. It provides online learning, communication, scheduling, student management, teacher management, quality assurance, reporting, and related educational services.

2. License

TarteeleQuran grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software only for educational purposes authorized by your academy.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Software.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the Software only for lawful educational purposes.
• Respect other users during classes and communications.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Share your account with others.
• Attempt to access another user’s account.
• Record classes without authorization.
• Upload viruses or malicious software.
• Reverse engineer or modify the Software.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass security measures.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Audio and Video Classes

TarteeleQuran Calling App includes live audio and video communication.

By participating in classes, you understand that:

• We may enable class recording.
• AI systems may analyze audio and video to improve quality, detect technical issues, and support quality assurance.
• We may review recordings where permitted by law and academy policy.

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

TarteeleQuran Calling App uses artificial intelligence to assist with:

• Class quality monitoring
• Technical issue detection
• Attendance analysis
• Performance reporting
• Scheduling assistance

AI-generated information is intended to assist administrators and teachers and may not always be accurate. Final decisions remain the responsibility of TarteeleQuran.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with the TarteeleQuran Privacy Policy.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that your information may be processed to provide educational services, maintain security, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.

10. Updates

TarteeleQuran may periodically install updates, security improvements, bug fixes, or new features.

These updates may occur automatically.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

12. Changes to this Agreement

TarteeleQuran may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be published within the Software or on our official website.

Continued use of TarteeleQuran after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
